فعالية برنامج توجيه جمعي قائم على مهارات التفوق الدراسي في تحسين التحصيل الدراسي ودافعية الإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طالبات الصف الثاني عشر بسلطنة عمان
This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group guidance program based on academic superiority skills on the achievement motivation, academic achievement and the academic superiority skills of twelfth grade students. The study sample consisted of 104 female students from twelfth grade in the Directorate of Education in the Governorate of South AlBatinah in Oman. The study relied on a quazi-experimental design. The students were trained on academic superiority skills through a training program, which included 10 sessions, each session last for one hour. The study used an academic achievement motivation scale and a measure of academic superiority skills in addition to the achievement scores of students in their first and second semesters. The results of academic achievement, skills and academic superiority, and academic achievement motivation showed statistically significant differences attributed to the use of the program.
