The present study aimed at development Reading Recognition Skills using children's educational songs with slow learners at the primary level. The sample of the study consisted of (12) children attached to Mustapha hacky "primary level" in el Arish. Their ages ranged from (8-10) years. The researcher employed the fifth edition of Stanford Binet Intelligence Test (Safwat Farag/ 2010), Achievement test in Reading Recognition Skills, childrens educational songs (Researcher) . the results of study resulted in the effectiveness of children's educational songs in development some of Reading Recognition Skills with slow learners" primary level ", and continued effectiveness of the programme in the follow up period.
