The objective of the current research is to design and develop an e-learning strategy based on the interaction between two learning model (individual / Cooperation) and the patterns of players (Achievers / explorers / socialists / Killers) within the role-playing games presented on smartphones and tablets. Some concepts and some creative problem solving skills for high school students. The proposed strategy has presented in the light of the design model of Abdul Latif Al-Jazzar (2013). The educational constructing content presented during the proposed educational strategy by online course Quality Matters K-12 Secondary Rubric 4th Edition. The researcher also prepared a list of criteria for choosing the role playing games that were used in addition to preparing an achievement test and a note card to measure the skill performance of the skills The results of the study were based on a random sample of 160 students from some secondary schools in the city of A The research sample was distributed to eight experimental groups through the Bartle Test. They were classified into four groups: The Achievers group، the Explorers group، the group Socialisers and the Killers group; then each of the four groups was randomly divided into two groups. The results revealed that the average scores of secondary students in the post-application of the achievement test and the skill performance note were statistically significant for the degree of tribal application. Learning Strategy The study suggested a great effectiveness in the cognitive achievement of some concepts and skills of creative solution to problems. It also revealed the responses of the research sample to enable them to solve the problems. The research presented a set of recommendations and research proposals based on the results reached.
