تقييم أثر جودة حياة العمل على ممارسات مديري المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify the impact of quality of work life on the practices of secondary school principals in Kuwait and the effect of the variables of (gender, educational qualification, job title, and years of experience). The sample of the study consisted of (447) male and female administrators who were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The descriptive approach was used in this study. After its reliability and validity had been verified, a questionnaire was used as the research instrument for collecting data. The study revealed several results, the most important of which are: The impact of the quality of work life on the practices of Kuwaiti secondary schools principals was at a high level from the point of view of the sample members. The general arithmetic means of the total number of the dimensions reached (3.57) with a standard deviation of (0.35). There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) and less in the responses of the research sample members on the impact of the quality of work life on the practices of secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in all of the dimensions and the total score due to the study variables (gender, educational qualification, job title, and years of experience). In light of the study results, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are that the provision of a work environment that helps employees feel the quality of work life, in addition to conducting more studies aiming at identifying the most important challenges faced by high school principals.
