The study aimed to identify the degree of transparency in the relationship between the principals of secondary schools and the teachers and their impact on the job satisfaction in the Directorate of Education, Major General Ramtha or to identify the impact of the variables of experience and scientific qualification in that. The study population consisted of (1085) teachers working in the Directorate of Education, Major General Ramtha. The study sample consisted of (293) randomly selected teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive analytical method by developing a questionnaire to collect data from the sample of the study sample. The study tool consisted of (64) paragraphs where it consisted of two fields. The first is to measure the degree of availability of the transparency elements in the relationship between the principals of secondary schools and the teachers which are of five dimensions: transparency in obtaining information, transparency in laws, Administrative transparency, transparency in decision-making, transparency in performance evaluation), and the second field to measure the degree of job satisfaction of teachers and are two dimensions: satisfaction with the job environment and satisfaction with working conditions in secondary schools in Ramtha. The study found that the degree of availability of elements of transparency in the relationship between the principals of secondary schools and teachers in the Directorate of Education Brigade Ramtha from the point of view of the parameters were moderate degree. The study also showed a statistically significant correlation between (0.05 ≤ α) between the elements of transparency in the relationship between the principals of secondary schools and the teachers and the job satisfaction of the teachers in the Directorate of Education of the brigade. The results of this study showed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05 ≤ α) in the availability of the transparency elements in the relationship between the secondary school principals and the teachers attributed to the effect of the years of service and the absence of differences according to the variables of scientific qualification and specialization. (0.05 ≤ α) in the degree of job satisfaction of teachers attributed to the effect of years of service in all dimensions and in the total degree of transparency elements, and the absence of differences depending on the variable of scientific qualification and specialization.
