دور مديرات مدارس محافظة المفرق الحكومية في الحد من الصعوبات المهنية التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الأولى
This study aimed to identify the role of female school principals in order to reduce professional difficulties faced by female teachers of the first primary grades in Al Mafraq governorate. The sample of the study consisted of (191) first three-grade teachers. The sample was randomly selected. For achieving the objective of this study, a questionnaire was distributed to collect data. The reliability coefficient was computed by Cronbach Alpha equation. This questionnaire consisted of (62) items distributed to the following seven domains: administration, students, teaching strategies, curriculum, school environment, school and local community and professional growth. Then, these data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study have shown that the role of these principals was high. The study, also, revealed that there are no significant differences attributed to experience and academic qualification. Furthermore, differences with statistical significance were found regarding the directorate. These differences were in favor of both the North Western Badia and the North Eastern Badia.
