The study aimed to identify the administrative and technical problems facing the school administration in Za'tari camp, and the effect of variables (gender, job title, educational level, years of experience in school administration). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was constructed and developed consisting of (87) sections divided into five areas (teachers, students, community, construction, school and educational facilities, (70) as directors, directors and assistants. To support the questionnaire and verify its results, an interview was constructed consisting of questions that were distributed in the same areas of the questionnaire, which were applied to (24) school principals and assistants. The results of the questionnaire showed that the administrative and technical problems facing the school administration in the Za'tari camp came to a medium level. The field of construction and school and educational equipment was highly appreciated, both in the area of the local community and in the area of school administration linked to the central administration and the field of students. The results showed statistically significant differences in the impact of gender on teachers in favor of males. There were statistically significant differences in the effect of educational level in the field of teachers and the community in favor of MA and higher. In the light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is work on providing the necessary infrastructure conditions for schools in Za'tari camp.
