This study aimed at Educational Environment Problems that Counter first three Classes in Teaching Science in Mafraq. The researcher developed the instrument of the study, a questionnaire consisted of (51) items. Its validity and reliability were, confirmed. The questionnaire was distributed to the study sample which consisted of (200) Teachers' of teachers of the first three grades in Mafraq Governorate. The results of the study showed that the total degree of the areas of problems of the educational environment facing the teachers of the first three grades in teaching science in the province of Mafraq from the point of view of teachers of the first grades was medium. The results of the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the effect of sex in all fields for females. The results of the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the impact of the scientific qualification in all fields. It also revealed the existence of differences of statistical significance attributed to the impact of years of experience where the differences came in favor of years of experience in teaching 10 years and more. The researcher concluded his study with a set of recommendations, including the need to hold training courses for teachers of the first grades in how to address environmental problems educational.
