دور الإشراف التربوي في التعامل مع المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي التربية الخاصة في دولة الكويت
The purpose of the research is to identify the role of educational supervision in dealing with the problems facing teachers of special education in state of Kuwait. Where the analytical description approach was used. The sample of the study made up of (205) male and female teachers who have been selected randomly. An assessment tool, which is a questionnaire, was developed to measure the role of educational supervision in dealing with the problems facing teachers of special education in state of Kuwait which consists of (58) items distributed to (6) areas (students with special needs, school management, evaluation and diagnostics, assistive technology, modern teaching methods and professional qualification for special education teachers. Moreover, Validity and reliability of study tool were extracted. The results of the study showed that the role of educational supervision in dealing with the problems facing teachers of special education in state of Kuwait was moderate degree. It also showed that there were no significant differences to the gender, the scientific qualification and the years of experience variables. In the light of the research results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations the most important of which is that the ministry of education provides specialized and experienced educational supervisors in the area of special education for special education teachers.
