تقييم برنامج بكالوريوس التربية الخاصة في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية والخريجين وأرباب العمل
This study aimed to evaluation of the bachelor program of special education in the Jordanian universities from the perspective of faculty members, graduates and employers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used three instruments; the faculty members' questionnaire, graduates' questionnaire, and employers' questionnaire, in addition to interview questions with each questionnaire, after verifying of the semantics of validity and reliability of these instruments. The sample of the study consisted of (385) individuals (45 faculty members, 290 graduates, 50 employers), they were selected randomly. The results of the study showed that the overall degree of evaluation of the bachelor program of special education in Jordanian universities in preparation of students to work in the field from the perspective of faculty members, graduates, employers, was moderate. The scientific and cognitive domain was in the first rank, with a high degree, the technology recruitment skills domain in the last rank, with a moderate degree, from the perspective of faculty members, graduates, while the domain of the objectives that the program seeks to achieve in the first rank, with a moderate degree, and the domain of products and outputs of the program in the last rank, with a moderate degree, from the perspective of employers. The results related to the proposals of faculty members, graduates and employers, showed that to increase the efficiency of the special education programs, work on increasing office hours, increasing the duration of practical training, narrowing the gap between the theoretical and practical side, raise the abilities and skills of graduates through training, and provision of supporting technological tools for universities and centers.
