This study aimed to identify The Culture of Deaf Adult Community and its Role in their Education, Work and Social Life by using ethnographic research, data were collected by using (triangulation) observation, interviews and documentation, (30) deaf people were interviewed (males and females), And that led to 19 major themes and 44 subcategories. The results indicate that deaf culture has emerged since of deaf clubs and schools was founded, which in turn led to language development, sign language dictionaries, and sign language interpreters preparation, This culture is characterized by special behavioral habits, reliance on technology and refusal to cochlea implant. The results also indicate that deaf culture plays an important role in finding difficulties in deaf educating, such as choosing the appropriate educational place, isolation in integration schools, lack of educational benefit, and heading towards practical university majors such as graphic design. Deaf Culture plays a role in many ways of obtaining employment opportunities for the deaf and finding negative attitudes from employers such as marginalization, exploitation and discrimination. It influences the job choices, social relations with colleagues, affects the efficiency of job performance and lack of knowledge about the internal regulations of the institution. The linguistic and behavioral culture also plays a negative role in the deaf person's relationship with the hearing community as (families, children and other hearing people in society). It leads to a lack of Sexual awareness and child-rearing practices, and plays a role in children's attitudes towards parents' to refuse or to accept their parent's disability and take responsibility of facilitating their lives.
