The research aims at identifying the effectiveness of the intelligence-based training program (moral intelligence, emotional intelligence and social intelligence) in improving social responsibility and moral values among secondary school students on a sample of 144 students and students from secondary school and a sample of 11 students Of the students of the first grade secondary administration Husseiniya educational Eastern Province for the academic year 2019/2020., And therefore use the measure of social responsibility of (the researcher) and the measure of moral values (prepared by the researcher) And the training program based on the intelligences of the (preparation of the researcher) and the data was processed and validation of the hypotheses using a set of statistical methods, including: (alpha coefficient Kronbach - stability equation in the method of Manwitni) . The results indicated the following: 1) There is a statistically significant difference between the average of the experimental group and the control group in the moral values in the secondary application of secondary students. 2) There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the moral values in the tribal application and the secondary in secondary students. 3) There is no statistically significant difference between the average of the experimental group in the moral values in the application of the dimension and the follow-up of secondary students, which indicates the success of the training program. 4) There is a statistically significant difference between the average of the experimental group and the control group in the social responsibility in the secondary application of secondary students. 5) There is a statistically significant difference between the average of the experimental group in the social responsibility in the tribal application and the secondary in secondary students. 6) There is no statistically significant difference between the average of the experimental group in social responsibility in the post-secondary and tertiary application of secondary students, which indicates the success of the training program.
