The current study aimed at identifying the degree of possessing the 21st century skills by the Arabic language teachers in Jordan from the perspective of the school principals and supervisors. The study sample consisted of 85 male and female principals and 12 male and female supervisors selected through the intentional approach. The study adopted the descriptive approach and the researcher prepared the study tool which is a questionnaire consisting of (37) items for the school principals and supervisors distributed to three fields: skills of education art, skills of digital culture and life skills; the questionnaire was applied to the members of the study sample. The results of the study showed that the degree of possessing the 21stcentury skills by the Arabic language teachers in Jordan from the perspective of the principals and supervisors was medium, the field of "life skills" was ranked first by a high degree With an average of (4.21), the field of "the art of education" was ranked second by a high degree With an average of (3.38), and the field of the "digital culture" was ranked last by a low degree With an average of (1.44). The study also concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at sig. (a ≤ 0.05) for the profession of evaluator. In light of the results, the study recommended holding training courses for Arabic language teachers to enlighten them with regards to the 21st century skills especially the digital culture skills and including such skills in the Arabic Teachers' guide to be employed in the learning and teaching process.
