The study aimed to identify the role of secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in activating peer supervision from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive approach was used by developing a questionnaire consisting of (44) paragraphs divided into four domains (planning, curriculum, educational), the sample was consisted (573) teachers, was chosen by stratified random sampling method, The study found that the role of secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in activating peer supervision was high, and they came in order (Classroom management, planning, evaluation, educational procedures and curriculum), and there were no statistically significant differences in the sample of the study on the role of secondary school principals in Kuwait in activating peer supervision due to gender variable in all fields and tool, except the field of curriculum and came in favor of teachers, and there were differences of statistical significance for the estimates of the study sample attributed to the variable of scientific qualification except the fields of management of the classroom and its organization and evaluation, and the differences for the benefit of those with postgraduate qualifications, The sample of the study is attributable to the variable years of experience. Based on the results, the researcher recommends reviewing the training programs that are held for school principals on the latest trends in educational supervision, with an update on the latest developments and global experiences constantly; to raise the level of teachers and improve their performance, and to educate teachers on the role of peer supervision in improving their teaching performance in different teaching positions, During seminars, publications and workshops.
