This present study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of Arabic Language teachers at AL- Bayt University For the principles of effective searching From the Point of view of their students, The descriptive approach was applied as it is remit the nature of the study, The population of the study consists of all Arabic language students at Al- al-Bayt University2018/2019 who are 700 students of which (301) were randomly chosen for this study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire included (39) item distributed in four areas as follows: Planning and preparation for the lesson, the skill of managing the educational environment and communication scientific content and activities needed and evaluation, skill' Validity and reliability of the study were conducted. The results of the study revealed that teachers of Arabic language are practicing the principles of effective teaching in a medium degree from the students' points of views it was also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences of the effective teaching principles due to gender. It was also shown that there were no statistical differences due to the variable of the year's level. The researcher recommended that it is necessary to develop the teaching staff's skills which go with the requirements of effective teaching via holding courses for developing staff skills performance in the concerned center’s Universities.
