The present study aims to provide a vision for the application of the standards of professional accreditation in the course of practicing the kindergarten teacher in the state of Kuwait in the light of the experiences of some developed countries. The researcher designed a resolution for teachers and leaders (kindergarten directors - professional supervisors - technical waves) for kindergarten, consisting of two axes, the first focuses on the disclosure of the most important personal, academic and professional standards in the course of the teacher's profession, which can be introduced in the professional accreditation of the teacher. The second axis was aimed at revealing the challenges facing the project for the application of the standards of professional accreditation of the kindergarten teacher. After ensuring that the tool is stable and truthful using the appropriate methods, the researcher applied it to 369 kindergarten teachers. Professional supervisor, (12) director of the center, (53) technical-oriented, with a total of 470 persons in kindergarten in the state of Kuwait during the academic year 2017/2018. The results of the study indicated that the overall degree of desirability of applying the standards of professional accreditation of the kindergarten teacher in Kuwait and the challenges facing the application, from the viewpoint of the study sample is high. The results indicated that the highest rate of importance for the application was the criterion of "training children in healthy habits" with an average arithmetic of 4.75, which is subordinate to the professional standards of the kindergarten teacher. The lowest importance from the point of view of the study sample of the standard is "not less than a year of standard" the professional of the parameter has averaged arithmetic (3.78). The highest degree of importance was gained by the criterion "high degree of job dissatisfaction which affects the motivation of the educational field to apply the criteria of professional accreditation" with an average arithmetic of 4, 17) from the point of view of female managers, teachers and supervisors, while the criterion of "unwillingness of the parameters to change" was obtained to the lesser degree of importance an average arithmetic (3.22) from the point of view of the teachers and supervisors, in the second axis of the questionnaire, which is the focus of the challenges. The results confirmed that there were no statistically significant differences in the first pillar (criteria for practicing the profession: personal – academic – death) according to the current work variables, the scientific qualification, obtaining training programs, while the results show statistically significant differences in the study sample responses in the first axis of the profession (standards of practice) according to the experience variable for the sample of the sample over 10 years’ experience, the variable of the educational zone in favor of the metropolitan area, around me, Frowaniyah and Mubarak is the great in all personal, academic and professional standards. In the second, the results revealed statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample to the axis (challenges to the application of accreditation standards teacher of kindergarten in Kuwait (depending on the variable of the educational district for the capital region and around me and Farwaniya and Mubarak Al-Kabir educational, there are also statistically significant differences in the acquisition of training programs for those who did not receive training programs, while there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample personnel to the current work variable, scientific qualification and years of experience. The study sample suggested courses for teachers, and the teacher should not be concerned with administrative matters and focus on teaching and talent development children, and finally involve the teacher with the decisions affecting the kindergarten stage. In the light of the results of the analysis of the sampling responses by the sample members, the researcher drafted the proposed scenario. (Author’s abstract)
