مستوى مقروئية كتاب اللغة العربية للصف الثالث الأساسي في فلسطين في ضوء بعض وسائل قياس الانقرائية
The purpose of the study was to determine readability level Arabic Textbook among the third grade students in Palestine. To achieve the aims of the current study, two tools are used to measure the readability of texts. The first tool is the average length of the sentence and the cloze test. A cloze test was set up to test a sample of 200 female and male students in two schools of Palestine. The average length of the sentence was calculated by dividing the number of words on the number of sentence. The study results revealed that students’ performance of the readability of the textbook was low. The rate of students at the Frustration level was 63.875. The rate of students at the Instructional level was 24.20. The number of students at the Independent level was 12.125. And the average of students’ length was 92.5. The findings revealed that the reading texts in the textbooks of the third grade are difficult to the understood and comprehended. (Published abstract)
