This research aimed at identifying the effect of a suggested program using Ubiquitous learning and its effect on developing learning outcomes and reducing mind wandering discovering the degree of continuity of the effect of the suggested program on developing learning outcomes. This research was applied on a sample consisted of (20) students of experimental group consist of (10) students and control group consists of (10) students. The research used learning outcomes test mind wandering questionnaire and a suggested program using Ubiquitous learning and its effect on developing learning outcomes, and reducing mind wandering based on Ubiquitous learning prepared by the researcher. The result of the research indicate that there are significant for the suggested program for program using Ubiquitous learning and its effect on developing learning outcomes and reducing mind wandering. In the light of the result, the research recommended by several recommendation as the need to do development studies for the proposed program for identifying strength and weakness. Then improving and upgrading it introducing a training courses for teachers to train them on how to program using Ubiquitous learning and its effect on developing learning outcomes, and reducing mind wandering encouraging teachers and faculty members to use teaching strategies, that allow positive active participation of the learner in the learning environment due to its rule in reducing mind wandering for the learner.
