The study aimed at the educational role of posters in kindergartens at Karari locality. The researcher used analytical descriptive method for it is appropriate with this research. The sample of study was randomly selected totaling 30 female teachers in kindergartens. The researcher designed a questionnaire analyzed by statistical programming analysis of statistical packaging of social science and Ki tests to prove differences between answers so that it reached several results that posters affect positively in the psychological،mental ،social and skillful aspects of children and that they have a positive impact on the behavioral aspects and creating concepts for children. The posters also have an advantage for conducting behavior and enabling virtuous morals as well as placing values and culture. The kindergarten teacher plays a positive role in functioning those posters for required goals. The lack of posters and inadequate training for the kindergarten teacher will adversary affect the effectiveness of using these posters. In addition ،availability of aids related to these posters will have an advantage to utility and functioning of these posters. (Author’s abstract)
