The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of adopting the presentations program by using the multimedia in teaching Electricity among first level students at the Centers of Occupational Learning and Labour Skills, the study population consisted of first level students at the Centre of Occupational Learning and Labour Skills at Karary Locality who are (30) students, the study sample was deliberately selected of (30) students. The researcher adopted the descriptive experimental method, and in order to arrive at findings an achievement test, the observation and the interview were used as tools of the study to confirm the information credibility; the data were analyzed by using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS), the most important findings of the study: 1) There are statistically significant differences at significance value level (0.05) in the achievement post-test results between marks average of the experimental group students which taught by using the computer and marks average of the controlling group students which taught by using the traditional methods. 2) There is students’ interaction with the presentations program by using the multimedia during presenting the subject Electricity. 3) There are obstacles that hinder using presentations program by using the multimedia in teaching the subject Electricity. In light of the study findings the researcher recommended as follows: 1) Attention should be paid to the use of multimedia software programs technologies, to follow-up their developments and adopt them in all studies sections for their effect on achievement, trend and drawing the attention. 2) Multimedia software programs should be designed for studies sections in order to support self-learning which helps the learning process in the Centre. 3) Trainers should be trained to dealing with the multimedia software programs, how to use them, design and prepare them for presentation.
