الورش التدريبية الميكانيكية في الكليات التقنية في السودان : دراسة تقويمية
This study aimed to publicize the mechanical training workshops in technical colleges in Sudan, and straightened for suitability to achieve the educational goals, revealing strengths and weaknesses, and assess their relevance to scientific and technological developments. The study followed descriptive method and depending on; (Interview for experts and questionnaire for students and training staff) SPSS used for statistical analysis (frequencies, valid percent, mean, Std. deviation and ChiSquare Tests). The study resulted in several most important findings:1) The objectives of workshops training program are obvious, and sensitive balance between theory and practice, identify learning outcomes expected from graduate, relatively agree with labors market needs. 2) The basic axes of training process, teaching and evaluation methods used in workshops are suitable and effectively contribute an acceptable degree in prepare student for work in the field of specialization. 3) The mechanical Training workshops are not keep pace with scientific and technological developments. 4) Modest budget and lack of plans associated with updating training programs, equipment and devices, teaching aids and methods used in workshops. 5) Weakness and lack of clear and continuous training programs for training staff members. 6) Swig and misty dependency technical education and Technical Colleges in Sudan between Ministry of higher education and scientific research and Ministry of human resource development and succession of administrations and different names (General Administration of technological education. 7) National Council for technical and technological education) is one of the most dangerous and major (biggest) organizational challenges facing the Mechanical training workshops in technical colleges in Sudan. The study recommended the following: 1) Involvement in labor market assessment and development of the workshops training programs. 2) Allocate budget to update the training programs, equipment and devices, aids and methods in workshops developing a plan for the training of training staff (teachers, technicians, trainers) workshops.
