دراسة تقويمية للأداء التدريسي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي لكليتي التربية البدنية والرياضية بجامعة الأقصى في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة



The study aimed at teaching performance at the university professor calendar faculties of education and physical education and sports at the University of Al-Aqsa in the light of the overall quality standards. Therefore, this researcher has used the descriptive and analytical approach, where the study was applied to a sample of students from the fourth level in the faculties of education and physical education and sport in the Al-Aqsa University in the Gaza. The following statistical methods have been applied: T, and test T for two independent samples, and test one-way analysis of variance. The study has concluded, the most importantly are as follows: 1) All areas of the calendar for the performance of teaching at the university professor, Faculty of Education, Al-Aqsa University estimates in light of the overall quality standards from the perspective of the students came in descending order, where he earned the area the standard students evaluate and provide feedback relative weight (08.08), followed by the area of the standard use of tools and techniques of educational relative weight (97.98), then the field of standard reinforcement and motivation relative weight methods (94.68), then the field of standard good planning of the educational process, a relative weight (98.08), then the area of the standard implementation of teaching in the second to last with a relative weight (98.88) and, finally, came the field of standard mastery of scientific and professional content of his field, a relative weight (44.68). 2) All areas of the calendar for the performance of teaching at a university professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Aqsa University estimates in light of the overall quality standards from the perspective of the students came in descending order, with the field of standard good planning of the educational process got the relative weight (44.648), followed by the area of the standard implementation of teaching relative weight (44.88), then the field of standard students evaluate and provide feedback, relative weight (48.58), then the field of standard mastery of scientific and professional content of his field, a relative weight (46.68), then the field of standard reinforcement and motivation methods in place before last relative weight (46.868), and finally came the field of the use of standard tools and techniques educational relative weight (48.08). There were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the students of the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports due to the gender variables and the number of hours completed, while there are differences due to the variable number of hours completed on the criterion of evaluation of students and providing feedback for the owners of the number of hours more than (038). 3) The study has concluded finds, the most important are as follows: Need to focus on professional development programs to develop competencies teaching performance of university professor in the faculties of education and physical education and sport various methods and activities in light of the overall quality standards.
