فاعلية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي لخفض درجة الاحتراق النفسي : دراسة ميدانية تجريبية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس محافظة دمشق الرسمية
The research was aimed to preparation cognitive behavioral program to reduce burnout among teachers on secondary school teachers in Damascus official schools. The research consisted of six chapters the first one includes the importance of the research problem, objectives, and its limitation. The researcher felt the problem of research according to many studies that have confirmed the spread of the phenomenon of burnout both globally and ornaments, in particular, has pointed out the researcher is perceived by the problem of teachers themselves and that the researcher has worked as a teacher at the secondary level for six years, and to make sure there is a problem and finding the need to prepare a program designed to alleviate burnout assumed the research community, the researcher studied exploratory simplified on a sample of 20 teachers accidental and ended the results of the scoping study to confirm the existence of the phenomenon of burnout and also reflect the serious desire of teachers in heuristic follow the program to be able to alleviate burnout, which prompted the researcher to determines research problem in the following question: What the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral counseling program to alleviate burnout among teachers in secondary schools The importance of the research associates with the importance of the following aspects: 1) stand closely on the latest information and psycho logical theoretical literature on the subject of burnout and work to analyze and accurately identified. 2) The importance of the target sample study which consists of teachers who play a prominent role in the construction and development of societies’ generations. 3) prepare interested mentoring program invests most important what it involved the behavioral and cognitive schools of ideas, methods and contents are expected to contribute to modify the behavior of teachers and provide them with the necessary assistance, especially those who suffer from burnout. Research aimed to prepare of a behavioral cognitive counseling program which based on the theoretical foundations and the results of critical applications for behavioral and cognitive behavior modification, and to reduce the degree of burnout among teachers who are suffering from burnout. Nature of the research was required to achieve its objectives by using the experimental method in spite of the descriptive analytical approach in the early stages of research in order to reach the requirements of the experimental design of the homogeneity of the samples and the development of tools and standards and some of the techniques. The search tools contained Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the area of work life scale (AWS) and the cognitive behavioral indicative program to alleviate burnout, which is prepared by the researcher. The research ended to the following results: 1) the program has proved experimentally the effectiveness of the program which is in alleviating burnout among members the experimental sample, the measurement of direct and deferred (delayed). 2) Teachers suffered from moderate degrees of burnout. 3) Research did not reach a significant relationship between burnout and the following demographic variables (gender, age, years of experience), but reached a statistically significant relationship with the variable (academic qualification). 4) Researcher concluded in the end to set of proposals and recommendations according to what has been obtained from the results.
