The importance of present study come from the importance of the test Stanford Binet with its long history witch confirmative it’s worthily in measurement until the fifth edition. The aim of this research was; working on the study of reliability and validity of the SP5 test to make sure it is valid to use in Syria then standardized it in Syria, Sit up a separate norms for age and 0ther variables if there any statistically significant differences between them. Take out guidebook for the SB5 test to explain the application, administered scored and interpreted. The mine question of the research was: What is the final shape of Stanford Binet Intelligence scales Fifth Edition after the study? Is there any statistically significant difference in the index between this variables: Sex, accommodation, age? On degree of intelligence and etch factor from the fifth factors (Fluid Reasoning, Knowledge, Quantitative Reasoning, Visual Spatial Processing and Working Memory)? Protocol of research; this questions has been answered by using description and analyzing study and the study of reliability and validity depend on sample of children between 4 to 6, for reconnaissance sample and organizing the level of difficulty of item on test. Also there was some reorganizing by the result of the factors, about the basic sample for standardizing was (306) chilled, which taken as a random categorical sample from preschool of Damascus city and countryside. Statistic study; used number of statistic form as correlation and differences depend on the variable, using SPSS, and a special program to sit up a standard degree of SB5 test in Arabic institution of Assessment And Measurement in Egypt. Tools of study; Stanford Binet Intelligence Scales Fifth Edition (2003), COGAT and Raveen. About the research time border was (2011-2012-¬2013), the places border was in Damascus city and countryside, formed by conditions of sample variable (gender, accommodation and age) also the intelligent mean what SB5 admeasured. The results of the research: After the study of reliability, validity and standardizing of the test; the researcher sit up the final form of the test with its manual, three books of item measured the five factors of intelligent and answer book, the SB5 test for children between (4 to 6) need 45 to 60 minuet to finish. The administered scored comes by gathering the raw degree for each factor then transformed to standard degree, the differences studded by SPSS for each variable, and the most important result provide no statistically difference on intelligence and the five factors in the variable of Sex, and some differences in the variable of accommodation, for the sample of countryside, and There is a statistically significant differences in the variable of age, for the oldest sample.
