During the researcher’s university life, he met many students and professoriate then he decided choosing to country’s circumstances, this studying in its theoretical side, it introduced the definition of academic freedom and its obstacles, factors, features and many of passages that includes the academic freedom and many Arabic and foreign studying in this field and studying consequences. The researcher compared between this consequences and the result of this studying then he introduced many orders and proposal in order to benefit of them. and The research aimed to know how level of applying and relation of academic freedom and democrat education in developing of courses in private and governmental universities in Syrian Arabic Republic and finding out of the most important problem that retard applying of academic freedom. We can express of the research’s problem in two main questions: 1) How long do contribute the freedom and democracy as main factors in developing of courses? 2) How have they applied in private and governmental universities of Syrian Arabic Republic? This questioner used as way to collect data for answer about research question (one for professoriate and another for students) the questioner consists of two sides, one turns around indications of development and it is consisted of 22 questions, and another about development and it is from 49 questions. And the research follows the analytic and descriptive course and its last faculty consists of fifty members of professoriate in governmental universities as Damascus - Albaath - Tishreen and Daraa and private universities as technology and science IUST - Alhouash, and sixty students of those universities. This statistic was used for collect data to answer about research questions (one for professoriate and another for students). The statistical methods are used as: 1) person correlation 2) Alpha Cronbach’s for measure the invariability of searching materials. 3) The centennial rate and repetitions, the average and standard deflection. 4) Donet test. 5) Analyzing uni-contrast (One Way ANOVA).
