This study aims at investigating the degree of practice in management of administrative processes according to the administrative network of the administrative leaders at Al al-Bayt University from employees' point of view, moreover; the impact of each of gender, scientific degree, years of experience and job title variables, in the degree of practice in management of administrative processes according to the administrative network. Stratified random sample was chosen consisting of (295) employees. The researcher employed the descriptive survey methodology by using a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs which was distributed over five modes; (Authority leadership, country club leadership, Team leadership, impoverished leadership, and Middle of the road leadership,) after having determined its validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of the practice of managing the administrative processes according to the administrative network among the administrative leaders at Al al-Bayt University from employees' point of view is medium. The degree of practice of these modes was registered as follows: Authority leadership, Team leadership, Middle of the road leadership, country club leadership and impoverished leadership, respectively, all of which were of a medium degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample responses averages in the degree of practice in management of administrative processes according to the administrative network of the administrative leaders from employees' point of view due to gender, scientific degree, and years of experience variables. Moreover; the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample responses averages in the degree of practice in management of administrative processes according to the administrative network of the administrative leaders at Al al-Bayt University, from the point of view of the employees which is attributed to job title variable on all modes; (Authority leadership, country club leadership, Team leadership, impoverished leadership), except for the field of Middle of the road leadership, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of job title between the job of administrative clerk and Divan head. The differences came in the favour of the title (administrative clerk). As for the title Divan head and director title, the differences came in the favour of the title (Director). And in light of the results of the study, numbers of recommendations were made, the most important of which are: increasing the level of participation of employees in the administrative processes and taking into account the humanitarian aspect in the administrative dealings with them.
