The objective of the study was to find out the effect of using the smart board on the achievement and mathematical thinking of first grade students in mathematics. The sample consisted of (62) students distributed equally to experimental and control groups. Two tests were used for the first and the other mathematical thinking and they have honesty, consistency and psychometric characteristics, and the results of the research exceeded the experimental group on the control in achievement and mathematical thinking
