The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing secondary school principals in Mafraq governorate for educational communication and its relationship to job security from the point of view of teachers, and to know the effect of gender variables and years of experience and scientific qualification. The study sample consisted of (237) teachers and teachers who were selected by simple class method. To collect data from the sample, and the study reached the following results: The degree of exercise principals’ secondary schools in the province of Mafraq for educational communication from the point of view of teachers was high. The absence of statistically significant differences for teachers' responses in the domains of the responses of the sample members to the degree of secondary school principals in Mafraq governorate for educational communication according to the gender variable, the scientific qualification and the years of experience. The results showed that the level of job security among high school teachers in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of teachers was high. There are statistically significant differences for teachers' responses on the levels of job security among secondary school teachers in Mafraq governorate according to the gender variable in all fields except the psychological field and the social field. There were no statistically significant differences for the teachers' responses to the fields of job security level among secondary school teachers in Mafraq governorate according to the variable duration of experience in all fields except psychological field. The existence of a positive and strong correlation between the areas of educational communication and job security, and the study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important work to increase the salary commensurate with the living conditions.
