The current study aimed to investigate a degree of practicing science teachers to brain-based learning strategies in basic education schools (cycle 2) in Sultanate of Oman through the points of view of science senior teachers in Al-Batinah north, Al-Batinah south and Muscat governorates. Moreover, the study aimed to reveal if there are significant differences at level (α≤0.05) in the participants' responses of practice's degree due to the gender. The study sample consisted of 108 male and female senior teachers in (cycle 1) in basic education school, they all responded to the study tool which was a questionnaire. The psychometric characteristics of the tool were verified by calculating face and constructed validity, in addition to the self-consistency by alpha Cronbach method. One of the main study findings was the medium and high practice degree of brain-based learning strategies among science teachers in the three governorates. Moreover, there were significant differences at α level in science senior teachers' responses regarding the practice degree of brain-based learning strategies among science teachers in terms of gender. In the light of the results, the study highlights the importance to enrich the science teachers’ experiences by organizing and conducting educational workshops and training courses included brain-based learning strategies.
