The purpose of this paper is to identify type of privatization in school buildings in education ministry in Saudi Arabia. The research used analytical methodology. Interview and documents analysis as research tools. The type of privatization in buildings department in Saudi education ministry is partial privatization, that private provided service for developing and improve quality level of educational buildings.
