The study aimed to identify the factors influencing the values of digital citizenship among secondary school students in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of teachers, and to identify the effect of variables related to gender, experience, scientific qualification and training courses. The study sample consisted of (208) teachers and teachers the results of the study indicated that all these domains represent the factors affecting the values of digital citizenship among secondary school students in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of the teacher. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample of the factors affecting the digital citizenship values of these fields among the secondary school students in Mafraq Governorate due to the gender variable. The sample estimates of the factors affecting the digital citizenship values of these fields among the secondary school students in Mafraq governorate are due to the variable of experience. The arithmetic averages show that these differences were in favor of those with more than 10 years' experience, the sample members of the factors affecting the values of digital citizenship among secondary school students in Mafraq governorate due to the variable of scientific qualification, and the existence of statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample members of the factors affecting the digital citizenship values of these fields among secondary school students in Mafraq governorate due to the variable training courses. It was found that these differences were in favor of those who received a single course. The study included a number of recommendations, the most important being the promotion of responsible social interactions related to the use of technology and information by teachers and teachers, for digital culture and ensure equal access to appropriate digital tools and resources to meet the needs of all students.
