This study aimed to reveal the impact of the Community Counseling Program in reducing the future anxiety and improving the level of aspiration among a sample of female students in the secondary school. The sample of the study was chosen from the students who showed the results of the self-assessments that they suffer from a high level of future anxiety and a low level of aspiration. The study consisted of 36 students aged between 16- 17 years, randomly assigned to two groups, the experimental group N=18 and the control group n=18 for which the counseling program was not provided. Future anxiety and level of aspiration were the two standards which applied to the sample in the pre-measurement and post-measurement. The same measurements were applied in measuring the follow-up only to the experimental group. The equivalence of the two groups in the pre-measurement was verified on all scales used in the study. The design and construction of the Community Counseling Program was based on the perspective of rational, emotional and behavioral guidance. The program consisted of 12 group counseling sessions, with two sessions per week, and the duration of the session was 90 minutes. Statistical analyzes indicated the following results: First, there were statistically significant differences at the level of a=0.05 between the mean of the experimental group and the control group scores in the remote measurement on the future anxiety scale for the experimental group, indicating the efficiency of the collective extension program Used in the current study. Second, statistically significant differences were found at the level of a=0.05 between the mean of the experimental group and the control group scores in the telemetry on the scale of the aspiration level, in favor of the experimental group, indicating the efficiency of the collective counseling program used in the present study. Third, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05=a between the mean scores of the sample of the experimental sample on the measure of the future anxiety in its four fields between the post and trace scale. Fourth, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05=a between the mean scores of the sample of the experimental sample on the measure the post and trace scale of the overall level of aspiration, and the results suggest the continuity of the effectiveness of the counseling program after a month on the application of the program.
