This study aims at testing the effectiveness of group counseling program based among tenth grade female students and their mothers from Bab Aload secondary school for girls, To increase the positive parenting of students and their mothers and improve professional decision-making skills among female students. The study sample was purposely selected from 40 Individual 20 students and 20 who received a low degree in positive parenting skills and professional decision making when applying the criteria. The subjects were randomized into two groups of the study: The experimental group n=10 were female students and n=10 their mothers, the control group n=10 female students and n=10 their mothers. To investigate the members of the study in the measurement of tribal and remote measurements are: Positive parental measures are two copies of the students and their mothers. The design and construction of the group Counseling Program was based on the principles of Parental Influence Theory in Vocational Counseling (Arm Roe). The program consisted of 14 sessions with two sessions per week, from 90-60 minutes. The group counseling program includes several methods, guiding techniques and therapeutic strategies: self-promotion, cohesion, interaction, cohesion, increased self-confidence, learning the importance of positive interactions and developing positive parental skills through unconditional acceptance, encouragement and independence. The sessions included strategies such as empathy, acceptance, active listening, self-dialogues, self-exploration, instruction, modeling, role play, feedback and homework. Results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at 0.05 between the mean of the experimental group and the control group scores on the study measures: positive parenting (mother and female) and professional decision making in the telemetry in favor of the experimental group. In the current study, there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average of the experimental group's scores on the measurement measures of the tribal measurement and their average scores on the same measurements in the telemetry, in favor of the telemetry. The results of comparisons between the results of the post-measurement after the application of the group counseling program on the experimental group and the consecutive measurement after one month indicated that there were statistically significant differences at 0.05: Positive Parenthood Both copies of students and their mothers, which confirms the continuity of the impact of the extension program in increasing positive parenting. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at 0.05 between the average scores of the experimental group members in- the post-measurement and follow-up on the professional decision-making scale for the students, which confirms that the members of the experimental group retained the skills they achieved in the telemetry. These findings suggest that counseling groups may be effective in helping mothers with difficulties in communicating with their adolescent daughters and help students acquire professional decision-making skills. Future studies have replicated this study with other samples of mothers and students of different age groups. (Author’s abstract)
