The study identified the effectiveness degree of schools meeting in UNARWA prep. Schools in Gaza governorates from the teachers point of view, and its relationship with professional compatibility. To achieve the research objectives the researcher followed the descriptive analyzing method, as he prepared two questionnaires, the first for the school meetings and contains (47) statement distributed on four axes, they are ( planning meetings, organizing meetings, follow up and carrying our meetings and human relations), the second questionnaire contains (71) statements distributes on six axes they are (kind and value of work, work conditions, relation with colleagues, relation with administrators, relation with students, and the supporters of work economics. The two questionnaire were approved through consulting a group of arbitrators educators to judge and also ratified the internal consistency of the paragraphs of resolution, it has also been confirmed the reliability coefficient to indicate (0.8588) and the reliability coefficient of the second questionnaire (0.8737), the study population consisted of all teachers in the prep. Schools in the six governorates of the Gaza strip that were (2991) female and male teacher, for the year 2011-2012. The sample has been chosen with stratified randomly method, and consisted of (619) teachers of prep. Schools (males, females) in the governorates of Gaza, who have been represented (20.7%) from population society. To process data a statistical package program for the social science (spss) was used, and appropriate statistical tests like frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, t- test and one-way-anova. Important reached results: 1) the degree of school meeting effectiveness in UNARWA prep. Schools from the point of view of its teachers was large , on the relative weight of (76.89%) the second axis: the ability of meeting organization got the first place a large degree of estimation and a relative weight ( 78.98%), the third axis: carry out and follow up ability got the second place with a large degree, and relative weight of (77.68%), the fourth axis got the third place with a large degree and with a relative weight of (75.94% ) but the first axis the ability of planning meeting got the fourth place with a large degree also, and a relative weight of (74.49%). It is noticed that the relative weights for the fourth axis's are close. 2) the prep. School teachers in the UNARWA schools effectiveness degree in the Gaza strip governorates was fair and with a relative of (67.14%), according to the arrangement of axes, the third axis, the relation with the colleagues got a large degree with a relative degree of (81.57%) followed by the second axis : the work nature and conditions which got a large degree with a relative weight of (68.25%), followed by the fifth axis: the relation with the students which got a fair degree with a relative weight of (67.53%), followed with the first axis: kind and value of work which got a fair degree with a relative weight of (67.36%), followed by the sixth axis the work economic supporters which got a fair degree with a relative weight of (60.72%), the fourth axis came in the sixth place, the last: the relation with the administrators and got a fair degree with a relative weight of (59.79%) which is considered less than the neutral weight. 3) there were a statistical significant differences on the level of (7.75 ≥ α) in the average estimates of prep. School teachers in UNARWA schools in the governorates of Gaza to the degree of school meetings effectiveness due to the sex variable (male or female) in favor of males. 4) there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (7.75 ≥ α) in the average estimates of prep. Teachers in the UNARWA schools in the Gaza governorates to the degree of school meetings effectiveness due to the service years variable (from 1-5 years, 6-10 years and more than 10 years). 5) there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (7.75 ≥ α) in the average estimates of prep. Teachers in the UNARWA schools in the Gaza governorates to the degree of school meetings effectiveness due to the academic qualifications variable (diploma, b.sc, or postgraduate studies). 6) there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (7.75 ≥ α) in the average estimates of prep. Teachers in the UNARWA schools in the Gaza governorates to the degree of school meetings effectiveness due to the educational area variable ( north Gaza, west Gaza, east Gaza, middle area, khanyounis and rafah). 7) there is a positive correlation presence at a statistical significant level of (7.75 ≥ α) among the average estimates of prep. UNARWA schoolteachers in the Gaza governorates to the degree of school meetings effectiveness and between the average estimates of the degree of their professional consensus. According to the previous results the researcher recommends the following: 1) higher administration arranges a training courses and workshops specialized in ways of activating the school meetings , and their influence on the school system. 2) head teachers of schools must involve teachers in setting the meetings agenda and providing the agenda for them before the start of the meeting. 3) encourage school head teachers to use modern techniques in managing meetings as well as taking care of seats organization and providing good hospitality. 4) the school administration works on providing what teachers need of educational aids, and activating school aids registration file and allocate a suitable place for keeping aids after they finished using them, and encourage teachers to employ local environment materials to create new aids. 5) the school administration works on re- evaluation the school journeys program, the cause of teachers less participation in them, and gathering information about this matter, through a specialized study that concerns school journeys- positive and less positive points – and ways of activating them to serve the educational process.
