مدى تضمن محتوى كتب الفقه للفرع الشرعي في المرحلة الثانوية القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة وتصور مقترح لإثرائها
Study aims to create a list of the most important jurisprudential issues that should be included in fiqh books for secondary students, shari’a section, and to identify the extent of including these issues in the current curricula and propose a vision for including them in the fiqh books for eleventh and twelfth grades. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. Study tool: a list of contemporary jurisprudential issues, a questionnaire and analysis of content of fiqh. The researcher used: 1) all the topics of “fundamentals of islam fiqh” book for eleventh grade, shari’a section. 2) all the topics of “fiqh of transactions” book for twelfth grade. 3) all teachers of the secondary stage, shari’a section. The study shows the following results: 1) to reach a final list of (63) contemporary jurisprudential issues, which are divided into seven main types: worship, transactions, personal affairs, medical issues, entertainment& arts, clothing &ornament, and food & drinks. 2) contemporary jurisprudential issues were limited to worship and transaction fields distributed the two books that are the sampleof this study. 3) thereis aproposal to include these issues in the fiqh books for secondary stage, shari’a section. In light of these results the researcher recommended: 1) there is a need to include contemporary jurisprudential issues in the fiqh books in order to fulfill the needs of students, solve their problems and provide them with the provisions of these issues. 2) the need to integrate the content of the books of juris in the ranks of high school so that it is put forward to fifth cap abilities and attitudes of students at this stage. 3) we should do studying, evaluation and development for fiqh books in light of contemporary jurisprudential issues include goals, activities, teaching methodology's, teaching tools, exercises, and evaluation.
