Knowledge of the impact of using numbered heads together strategy on developing communication skills and achievement motive in mathematics among female seventh graders in Gaza. Study tools: Testing the mathematical communication skills and observation card the mathematical communication skills and measurement of achievement motivation. The study was applied to a sample numbered (84) student dispensers two semesters of Ai-Rafedeen "A" Essential School of the Directorate of the west of Gaza. Researcher relied on the experimental method in the study. The most important Conclusions: 1) There are statistically significant differences at (α = 0.01) between the mean level students the experimental group and the mean of their peers in the control group to test the mathematical communication skills for the benefit of students in the experimental group. 2) There are statistically significant differences at (α = 0.01) between the mean level students the experimental group and the mean of their peers in the control group in the observation card mathematical communication skills for the benefit of students in the experimental group. 3) There are statistically significant differences at (α = 0.01) between the mean level students the experimental group and the mean of their peers in the control group in achievement motivation in mathematics scale for the benefit of students in the experimental group. The most important Recommendations: The need to use the parameters of numbered heads together strategy while teaching to achieve interaction and activity in the classroom environment and give students a chance to express their opinions and mathematical ideas for the development of mathematical communication all his skills and motivation for mathematical achievement.
