التخطيط الاستراتيجي لتنمية مهارات خريجي التعليم الجامعي لمواجهة المتطلبات المتجددة لسوق العمل في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة
The aim of study: 1) It sheds light on the problems that prevent closure between the outcomes of university education and labor market. 2) Reviewing the curricula of university education to benefit from the designs of educational programs to keep up more with age of knowledge economy. 3) Discussing the changes in the labor market and its effect on the skills needed by education graduates to apply the needs of knowledge community focusing on the skills of computer and thinking. 4) The study aims at providing the persons in charge of the university education to redesign the preparing educational programs in order to be suitable with the age of Knowledge economy, develop their creative abilities, and raise their how performance. 5) Having a strategic plan to develop their technical level of the university education graduates. That what the changeable labor market needs. Methodology: The study follows the supervisory approach predicting the positions and future phenomena out of the positions and contemporary proofs. Also, it uses the descriptive approach as an assistant one to depict the fact of studied phenomenon analyzing, criticizing, and predicting its future. The proposed Strategy and its most important requirements: There should be development of the skills of university education graduates coordinating with the requirements of labor market in the light of the needs of knowledge community. It will achieve that aim as follows: 1) Shedding light on the training programs of the Egyptian universities representing the applying side of knowledge and developing the specialized side to raise their performance level. 2) The university should contribute in publishing the electronic culture inside community with its knowledgeable dimensions of technology application foundations. 3) The university should play the middle role between the scientific research and the persons in charge of industry at the local level. Here appears the university’s important task which is the production of the companies’ productive labors. 4) Preparing the labors of knowledge as the university is in need of presenting new mechanisms for all the staff to do scientific researches.
