This study aimed at identifying the role of the kindergarten principals in improving the job performance of the kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate from the viewpoint of the teachers. The sample of the study consisted of (496) female teachers. A 35-item questionnaire divided into five domains: (planning, classroom management, evaluation, human relationships, and the innovation and creativity) was pre-tested for its validity and reliability and conducted on the sample of the study. To answer the questions of the study, a statistical analysis was conducted including Means, Standard Deviations, and Analysis of Variance. The results of the study showed the following: The degree of practicing of the principals of kindergartens for their role in improving job performance of kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate from the viewpoint of the teachers was moderate. There were no statistically significant differences at level (0.05 ≥ α) to the estimates of the kindergarten teachers to the role of the kindergarten principals in improving the job performance of kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate due to the variables of qualification and years of experience, and the number of the training courses. There were statistically significant differences at level (0.05 ≥ α) to the estimates of the kindergarten teachers to the role of the kindergarten principals in improving the job performance of kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate due to the variable of specialization and in favor of (other specializations). In light of the study results, the researcher offered a series of recommendations including the training of kindergarten principals to develop them professionally during the service.
