درجة ممارسة الكفايات التكنولوجية اللازمة لتدريس منهاج التربية الرياضية في ضوء معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر مدرسيها في محافظة اربد
This study aimed to identify the degree of technological skills needed to teach the curriculum of Physical Education under the standards of total quality management from the perspective of teachers consider the First Directorate of Education in First region Irbid, and find out whether there were statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of gender, educational qualification and experience in teaching. The study used descriptive text. The population of the study consisted (200) teachers. The researcher chose simple random sample, its number was (128) and at a rate of (64%) from the population of study, questionnaire was building consisted of (42) items distributed on three areas, namely: (inputs, processes, outputs). The study showed the following results: The degree of technological skills necessary to teach physical education curriculum in light of the overall quality standards from the point of view of teachers was( high) where inputs was (medium), and processes were (high), and outputs were (high ), and also the study found of significant differences in responses number of study sample attributable to the variable gender in favor of males in the fields (input and output) and the tool as a whole, statistically attributed to the qualification variable in favor of Graduate Studies at areas (processes and outputs) and the tool as a whole, and the lack of statistically significance differences are attributable to variable experience on the all areas and the tool as a whole.
