The current research aims at identify the educational values contained in the book of Mr. Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah (Jerusalem secret) which entitled inspired by the Koran / 24 part and building a value system in the light of his thought. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical approach, and chooses the method of content analysis as it is appropriate to achieve the goal of his research. The current research includes four chapters, the first chapter includes five sections: First, the research problem, secondly: the importance of research, thirdly: The objective of the research, Fourth: the limits of the search, fifthly. define terms. The second chapter, includes four sections, the first section: aspects of the theory, and includes: the life of Mr. Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah (Jerusalem secret),his name and line-age, birth and upbringing, his family, his studies and his graduation scientific, tender Muslim, his scientific position, its tender scientific, method fundamentalist, project "reference - the institution has," some of what was said in Mr. Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah (Jerusalem secret), his teachers, his students, his works, the contributions of Mr. Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah (Jerusalem secret) in charity work, and the Islamic movement. The second section includes the concept of values, the importance of values, the sources of values, rating values, functions values, and the nature of values in Islam The third section handles the forces and factors affecting the life of Mr. Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah (Jerusalem secret). The fourth section highlights some previous studies related research current. The third chapter contains the actions of current research and the use of statistical methods percentages and equation (cooper). The fourth chapter evolves to include the results and interpretation, and the arrangement of areas, and the arrangement of values in its final form consisting of 71 educational value divided into four areas as follows: 1) The area of the educational values of spiritual religious 26 value. 2) The area of the educational values of social 21 value. 3) The area of the educational values of ethical 17 value. 4 ) The field of educational values and scientific knowledge 7 value. In light of the results achieved by the researcher a set of conclusions, including: 1) The belonging to Islam will only be achieved through the acquisition of its values ,its principles of assimilation-Semitism and this is the real guarantee to achieve the goals of Islamic education in the spiritual and moral dimensions and cognitive and social development. 2) The Islamic educational values are characteristic of all the rich and poor, young and old, women and men generations and without distinction or discrimination. 3) The educational values of Islamic are interrelated and can be considered as interconnected system. In it, all the meanings of human relationships that are based on the fact of divine strong ideals and lofty principles, the stability and immortality, realistic and appropriate for encroachment, are embedded.
