The problem with current research in answer the following questions: Is characterized by heads of departments of social scientific consensus? Will this affect the process of consensus decision-making? Does it differs according to the type and specialization? The current research seeks to verify the main objectives of the following: 1) Know the level of decision-making at the heads of scientific departments at the University of Mustansiriya. 2) You know the level of social consensus among the heads of academic departments in the University of Mustansiriya. 3) You know the relationship between decision-making and social consensus among the heads of scientific departments at the University of Mustansiriya. 4) know the differences in the relationship between decision-making and social harmony depending for: A) variable type (males females). B) specialization (scientific humanist). To achieve the above goals, the researcher adopting a measure of decision-making.
