تقويم أداء مدرسي التاريخ في ألمرحلة ألمتوسطة لكفاية ألتخطيط ألدرسي وإتجاهاتهم نحوها
The present research aims to attain the below purposes:1) Preparing for a tool could be utilized in evaluating the performance of male and female history teachers in the intermediate stage for adequacy of lesson planning (The daily plan). 2) Perceiving the level of performance of the male and female history teachers in the intermediate stage for adequacy of lesson planning. 3) Finding out the difference between the performance of male history teachers and female history teachers in the intermediate stage for adequacy of lesson planning according to their genders. 4) Perceiving the attitudes of male history teachers and female history teachers in the intermediate stage towards the adequacy of lesson planning (daily plan) and the difference between the two genders. In order to choose the sample of history teachers the researcher has depended the stratified random method which consisted of 196 male and female history teachers are working in the intermediate schools reach to 67 schools subsidiary to the educational directorates (first Rusaffa, second Rusaffa and third Rusaffa) located in Baghdad city included in the research, in order to attain the aims of the research; the researcher has depended a tool represented by criterion of lesson planning booklet analysis prepared by Salman (2006), this criterion consists of 46 items distributed among six fields and five attitudes put beside each item pointing to availability of performance, also the face validity has been extracted by introducing it to a crew of judges and specialists qualified in curriculums and teaching methods reached to 15 judges, the researcher has adopted the item which collected an agreement percentage of 80% and more, this percentage is identified as a measure of item validity and discard the items have been collected less than this percentage where 38 items has adopted. Also the researcher has extracted the structural validity of the criterion and the content validity so; the correlation coefficient also has been extracted for all items of the criterion of the 196 samples where the results clarify that the correlation coefficients were between (0.258-0.676) and all of these were significant items in the level of 0.05. The stability of criterion also extracted by using (Holsti’s equation) and by applying this equation to what agreed between the researcher and the specialist, the agreement coefficient reached to 0.91 and this could be considered as a high agreement percent which make the criterion dependable as a measuring tool. Another way also used to determine the stability of criterion by applying (Cornbach Alpha equation) where the agreement coefficient reached to 0.94 which could be considered very enough for the purposes of the present research. The researcher also adopted the measurement of history teacher attitudes toward lesson planning (daily plan) prepared by Salman (2006) so;this measurement is adequate to the purposes of the research and it arranged according to (Likert’s fivefold method) where five attitudes put beside each item:(Strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree and strongly agree). The face validity was extracted by introducing the measurement to previous crew of judges and specialists whom judged the first criterion where 36 items be kept, the structural validity and the content validity determined so; the correlation coefficient extracted for all measurement items of the 196 sample where the results clarify that correlation coefficient was between (0.222-0.643) and all of these was significant in the level 0.05. The researcher also determined the stability of the measurement by test repeating method which resulted in the correlation coefficient of 0.88 and this could be considered a good stability coefficient. Another way used to determine the stability of the measurement which is (Cornbach’s alpha equation) which resulted in the correlation coefficient of 0.90 and this could be considered a good stability coefficient enough to the present research’s purposes and then the researcher has applied a researching tool represented by the criterion of lesson planning booklet analysis (the daily plan) and the measurement of the attitudes towards the lesson planning on male and female history teachers in the intermediate stage using 196 samples divided to 54 males and 142 females. The researcher has utilized the appropriate statistic tools which served the constitution of the research such as: (Pearson’s correlation coefficient) to determine the relation between each item and the overall measurement, (Cornbach’s alpha equation), weighted mean, percentage weight, the (T-test) for one sample and for two independent samples and (Holisti’squation of stability). The present research has produced some significant results: 1) The general level of performance of the history teachers in the intermediate stage towards the lesson planning adequacy was medium. 2) It clarified that the performance of female history teachers in the intermediate stage towards the lesson planning adequacy (daily plan) is better than of the male history teachers. 3) It clarified that male and female history teachers have positive attitudes towards the lesson planning adequacy but they still under the level of ambition.
