The purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency level of planning and implementation of an individual educational program at Special Education Institutes and Programs for gifted students in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) from parents' perspective. The randomized study sample was made up of (196) parents of gifted students. A special questionnaire has been prepared for this purpose and applied to the study sample. The results showed the parents' estimate of the efficiency of the planning and implementation of the individual educational program was average. They also showed that the parents' estimate of the obstacles affecting the program's planning and implementation was average too. There were no statistical significant differences in the parents' estimate of the obstacles of the individual educational program's planning and implementation attributable to the variable of the parent's education, income or educational stage.
