This study aimed to identify the availability of comprehensive quality standards in teaching the basic stage performance parameters from the point of view of school principals in the Mafraq Governorate, and to evaluate teaching performance parameters the basic stage in the light of overall quality standards, the study sample consisted of directors of basic schools in the education directorate Jerash wing brigade (69), the identification of (61), were distributed to (9) areas: personal characteristics, planning and teaching activities and classroom instruction, knowledge of the article, the environment, scientific fora and the use of education techniques, and community, incentives and promotion, calendar, the results of the study showed that the area of the personal characteristics came in the first rank, the highest average my account amounted to (3.68), while the incentive and promotion in the last rank and average my account amounted to (2.44), and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) Due The scientific qualification in all areas in the instrument as a whole, as well as results of a statistically significant differences a≤0.05) attributed the impact of specialization in all areas in the overall class, differences in favor of specialization came Educational Administration, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) attributed to years of experience in the department in all areas in the tool as a whole except for the integrated classroom activities, knowledge of the article. After the completion of the extraction of the results of the study and debate, the researcher made several recommendations, including the need for training of school directors on the follow-up teaching performance routing skills for teachers in the light of the overall quality standards.
