This study aimed at identifying the quality of inputs, processes, and outputs of the educational process of educating impoverished Syrians within Annajat Schools. It used a quantitative case study method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. A purposive sampling technique was adopted. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 49 male and female teachers to identify the quality of inputs and processes of the educational process of educating impoverished Syrians within Annajat charity schools from their viewpoint, in addition to developing an observation checklist by the researcher to identify the quality of these from her viewpoint. As for the outputs, the students' grades were analyzed in various subject areas. Results revealed availability of material resources for schools, teachers’ high morale despite the high number of teaching periods, good academic background of students, and general satisfaction with school climate and students’ achievement levels. In addition, means of educational strategies, learning activities, classroom environment, while classroom assessment mean was close to above-average. Success percentage exceeded 93%. Average percentage scores were better for boys than for girls at all educational grades. Students’ grades in primary stage were better than in middle stage, which in turn were better than in secondary stage. (Author's abstract)
