دراسة مقارنة لمعدلات نجاح الطلاب في المرحلة الثانوية : نظام الفصلين والنظام الموحد بدولة الكويت

The study aims to compare the reality of secondary education systems output through the results of the content analysis tool for students in grade 12. The study population included all students who succeeded in 12th grade in semester system between academic year 1994/1995 to 2005/2006, and also all students who succeeded in 12th grade in the integrated system among academic year 2008/2009 to 2013/2014. The study showed: the decline in the success rate of students’ semester system in general. Non-Kuwaities results in semester system were much better than their Kuwaiti counterparts between the academic year 1994/1995 to 2000/2001, then the gap between them stenosis. The results show sharp rise in the proportion of success rate among students in the integrated system, the Kuwaiti students outweigh non-Kuwaiti counterparts in success rates in the secondary system, and the superiority of the female students in success rates in both the tow systems. In addition to that, in the semester system the success rate of students of literary section was the highest overall from the success rate of students in the scientific section, while success rate of students in science superiority over their counter¬parts from literary section in the integrated system in the last year of the study.
