This study aimed at examining students’ opinions related to the role of Taibah University in forging their personalities. The study used the descriptive analytical method to investigate the results of a survey comprising 16 items which were classified into three aspects: cognitive, emotional and acquired skills. Upon verification of psychometric properties of each item, the survey was administered to a sample of 356 male and female 1st year and 4th year students from Taibah University College of Education. Results of the study revealed three distinctively divergent impact levels: mid, high and low levels. The cognitive part appeared to have a midlevel impact in forging students’ personalities. The emotional impact seemed to have a high impact, whereas skills acquired at Taibah University have seemingly a minor effect in building their personalities. The absence of statistically significant differences amongst students’ estimations regarding Taibah University role in forging their personalities can be attributed to the gender variable. However, statistically significant differences were found depending on GPA and year level variables in favor of higher GPAs and 4th year level. The paper recommends that Taibah University should consider allocating more resources to optimize students’ know-how in various subjects; namely English, IT and communication skills.
