انموذج مقترح لادارة الاداء في المدارس الاهلية بمكة المكرمة



These comprise 1- Specify the elements of managing performance at civic organizations in the light of contemporary theoretical thought in managing performance of these organizations 2- Determine the actual situation of practicing performance management at private schools in Holy Makkah from the view point of population 3- Formulate a proposed model for promoting elements of ( performance management at private schools in Holy Makkah ) Methodology: Descriptive, analytical method was used as it suits this study. Society and sample of the study: The application covered all population, which includes principals, vice-principals, guides, administrators and a random sample of approximately (428) teachers constituting 20% of the population. Techniques: A questionnaire, consisting of (100) statements, divided into (5) axes equally (20 statements in each axes), was used to collect the data of the study. Statistical processing: For analyzing data, the researcher used frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, (T)- Test, Liven Test for variance harmony, mono variance analysis test (F), Sheaf test for determining dimensions of differences, Person correlation coefficient for internal arrangement and coefficient of Alfa Cornopakh for validity . Results: The most significant ones are as follows: 1- The averages of the expressions of the five axes in practicing performance management in the five elements were (3.59 for planning axis, 3.50 for organization axis, 3.43 in direction axis and 3.46 in evaluation axis). These averages constitute (high performance) at the first four axes, whereas the averages of practice at the fifth axis, which pertains to motivation, was medium and reached (3.28). 2- The means of the expressions of the five elements regarding their importance in practicing performance management were (4.37) for planning axis, (4.26) for organization axis, (4.27) for direction axis, (4.26) for evaluation axis and (4.36) for motivation axis. The degree of the five axes of this study constitute (very significant). 3- The indicated that there is no statistically significant differences among the opinions of the sample regarding (The degree of practicing performance elements) in the light of the study variables. There are differences in the element of encouragement for the elementary level 4- It was possible to reach the formulation of a proposed model for performance management that includes elements, indicators, activities and implementation techniques pertaining to the five axes of planning performance in the light of determination of objectives, expectations, sources and responsibilities as well as organization of performance via developing organizational charts, rules , laws and regulations as well as distribution of tasks and responsibilities together with the presence of conspicuous communication channels, and direction, review and supervision of work in the light of feedback, performance evaluation, effective revision, exchange of reports, taking of decisions, motivation of performance through provision of incentives and positive and negative rewards. The most important recommendations are as follows: 1- To activate the practice of performance management at the private schools in the light of the contemporary theoretical thought according to the model suggested in this study. 2- To increase the programmes that motivate private schools employees in general and in the intermediate and secondary stages in particular.
