The aim of the thesis is to achieve a course specification that is easy for the student and teacher, the linguistic integrity of the textbook, and the proficiency in the language of the student after completing the language learning and mastering the basic skills. The study was followed by a descriptive approach whose three frameworks are defined in the time period between (1983) and (2007). This is the period in which the studied courses were published and the linguistic environment in three countries (Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia) , And the studied linguistic level is the classical Arabic language (written). The researcher used the analytical method in analyzing the linguistic content of the three courses, relying on the content analysis tool for the educational books of Dr. Mahmoud Fahmy Hijazi and Dr. Rushdi Ahmed Taaima. The most important results are: 1-The ease or difficulty of the educational course is not determined by what But also determined by the ability of the teacher to deliver that information, as well as the strong motivation of the learner to receive that information, and to create the appropriate language environment for the practice of the educational process on a regular basis. 2-The linguistic environment has a great impact on the education of the Arab learner in general, And educated In addition, there is a need to create a sound language environment in the centers of Arabic education in societies where the Arabic language has been corrupted. 3-There are many objectives of learning the Arabic language. The Arabic learners are different from other speakers. However, their objectives are limited to five main aspects: Religion, science, work, politics and tourism. (Author's Abstract)
