The present study aimed at identifying the role of the educational supervisor in the developing the classroom management skills for teachers of scientific studies in public schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers' point of view. Moreover, the study aimed at identifying the significance differences between the mean score teachers’ ratings of the supervisor effectiveness in developing the management skills for classroom teachers of scientific studies in public schools in the State of Kuwait due to the teacher gender, educational qualification, practical experience, nationality, and major. The study population consisted of (1408) teachers distributed according to gender into (876) male, and (532) female teachers. A cluster random sampling technique was used to select (300) teachers make up (21.31%) of the study population size from three provinces; Hawalli, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and Al-Ahmadi among the six provinces in the country. The descriptive method was used in this study. The validity and reliability of the instrument were examined and found to be reasonable. The questionnaire items were distributed into six domains (organizing the classroom physical environment, communication and social interaction. The results revealed an effective positive rating of the supervisor’s role in developing the classroom management skills for teachers in all six domains. The results also revealed that the mean score ratings of female teachers is significantly higher than the mean score ratings of male teachers in all six domains. On the other hand, there was no significant mean score differences of the teachers’ ratings due to their educational qualification, practical experience, nationality, and major variables. A set of recommendations and suggestions were proposed. (Author’s abstract)
